    Project Management Office (PMO) Manager


      Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide leadership and oversight to a team of geographically dispersed direct reports, including program managers and coordinators.
    • Oversight the administration of effective program management practices and ensure adherence to Agile Program Management process.
    • Offer strategic direction and guidance to align with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
      
    We are seeking an experienced PMO manager who will lead our projects from initiation to closure. This individual must be able to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring on-time delivery.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, risk management expertise, change management abilities, and experience in managing complex projects using Agile methodologies. A PMP certification is also preferred. They must have excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English language, 

      
    A typical day at this role includes overseeing execution plans, monitoring timelines budgets risks resource allocation mitigating risks resolving issues & closing programs successfully– always staying focused on strategic financial objectives thru proactive decision making taking initiative when needed supporting external internal stakeholders maintaining organization wide standards best practices continually improving quality throughout all stages.
