- Band 4 £23,949 £26,282 per annum
We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Recruitment team in the onboarding of a high volume of applicants across the Trust.
The recruitment team are responsible for the attraction, interviewing and On-Boarding of all new SECAmb employees, as well as managing internal progression within the Trust.
The Recruitment Coordinator position is a vital part of the team, responsible for the compliance process associated with recruitment as well as ensuring that all new joiner information is available to our payroll team and that an accurate staff record is made available on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
- A DBS check will be required for anyone new to the Trust or internal employees who have not needed a DBS for their role previously. The check will be done prior to interview.
