Parts Advisor

Location:
New Milton, Hampshire

Salary:
£27 ,000 OTE Basic and commission

Role:

You will be working as a
Parts Advisor with an award, winning motor group. You will need to be motivated, dedicated and great at teamwork.


Duties:


  • The role as a
    Parts Advisor requires outstanding customer service and top organizational skills.
  • It also covers all makes and models of vehicles so ensuring you can switch between customers and enquiries while remaining focused is key.
  • Your day
- to
- day role as a Parts Advisor will include ordering parts for the workshop and for customer enquiries.

  • Assisting with the motor groups branch
  • Parts sourcing and identification.
  • Ensuring all parts deliveries and collections are organised with the parts driver.
  • Ordering stock during stock takes.
  • Completing and maintaining administration in line with orders and purchases.
  • Working alongside the warranty team for any outstanding warranty claims.
  • Have previous
    Parts Advisor experience within the Motor Trade.
  • Have a full clean UK driving licence.
  • Be organised and methodical during their work.
  • Be able to maintain a wide range of knowledge across the parts stock.
  • Ensure a a smooth running work station.
