Job Title:
Production Operative

Location:
Fradley, Staffordshire, UK

Contract:
Full time, Permanent.

Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday -07:30 - 16:30

Our Premier Nutrition site located in Fradley, Staffordshire is looking to recruit a productive operative, this role has an important part in contributing to the business success by ensuring safe and efficient production, meeting high-quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.

Day to Day Tasks:

Weigh and batchtrack ingredients.
Handle packaging and prepare for mixing.
Add ingredients to batches.
Pack and stack products
Operate production line equipment.
Monitor, test, and perform quality checks.
Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.

About you:

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.
Quick & methodical work style
Team Player with a willingness to learn.
Good practical skills and concentration on repetitive tasks

Other Factors:

Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
Will be required to commute to and from site daily.
Travel between our two sites (Fradley & Rugeley)
Please note within the duties of this role you will be expected to lift and move 25kg bags during your working day.
