Applications are invited for a Study Start-Up Specialist to facilitate efficient set-up of hosted clinical trials.The post will be based in the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine (CECM), Barts Cancer Institute, within the Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary, University of London.
The post holder will be required to visit other local hospital sites regularly.
Essential requirements for the post include significant experience of working in a clinical research management environment as well as detailed knowledge of clinical trial development process and clinical trial regulations.
A demonstrated ability to communicate well, work within a team as well as self-motivation and ability to work flexibly are also essential.
Previous experience in an oncology setting or project management/coordination would be an advantage.About Queen Mary

The post is based at the Charterhouse Campus in London.It is a full time post (35 hours / week), fixed term for 12 months, with an immediate expected start date.
The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £36,348 to £39,333 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
