This elite US law firm, based close to St Pauls, is keen to recruit a Practice Group Manager to join their established team on a permanent basis.

The role will see you supporting the Corporate team with group initiatives, strategies, and projects. You will build strong relationships with partners and fee-earners, alongside the Practice Group Director, to foster trust and confidence.

You will ensurethe team is well-resourced, including recruitment & hiring, whilst assisting with reports, financial performance, and monitoring monthly unbilled hours.

other duties for the role include;

Assisting with staffing and workload management
Coordinating evaluation processes.
Lisiaing with the Talent & Development department on training programs
Group marketing and client development alongside the marketing team
Providing a seamless quality service to fee earners and other professionals

This Practice Group Manager role is perfect for a strategically minded and passionate individual. You will have excellent relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and senior management. You will be able to understand and develop top-tier practiceareas, having previous experience in a similar role.

This is a permanent role with a salary of c£80-90k with excellent benefits on offer.
