Business Development Advisor -
FTC 2 years
36 hour week1-2 days in the office PER MONTH
Flexi time29 Days holiday + bank holidays

You will be

  • Managing the bid process for new bids
  • Working closely with Corporate Services teams to ensure that corporate processes and procedures are followed and, where appropriate adapted as the new strategy and business planning develops.
  • Supporting the transition plan by enabling business activities and encouraging staff engagement.
  • Support Finance & Planning team with short
- and medium-term financial planning

  • Manage information necessary to support decision making including maintaining the pipeline, financial analyses for routine reporting and ad hoc decisions etc and to maintain an audit trail.
  • Support and maintain the infrastructure required to efficiently compile bids for new work including working with leads supporting development of new
processes and policies when necessary.

  • Support the bid lead to ensure that the appropriate input is obtained from across the organisation in compiling bids (in particular, Finance & Planning input) at an
early stage in the process to ensure the quality and consistency of the bid being submitted.

  • Support the bid by rapidly being able to digest and adapt knowledge on different funding mechanisms and specific calls as they are announced.
  • Support adhoc finance and planning duties
