Description

The Role:

Providing support for Randox sales staff and international technical support.
Troubleshooting customer complaints and assisting with enquiries.
Onsite training and support, as required.
Use of complaint handling software to log all customer complaints and enquiries.
Please note, this role will involve supporting a global customer base and, as such, regular international travel may be required
Essential:

Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a similar life science.
Slovakian and English speaking.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
Selfmotivated.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a similar role or as a lab technician.
