About the role


We are currently looking for a powder coater to work as part of a team to prepare and powder coat metal products by either uploading the items to the moving conveyer or using hand-held tools for precision and hard to reach areas.


About you

For this role, you must:

  • Be able to work to tight deadlines with quality output.
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable, and physically able to carry out heavy lifting.
  • Be flexible and able to carry out other factory duties if needed.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team.
  • Work ensuring a clean and safe working environment is maintained.

Ideally you will have:


  • Experience in a factory environment.
  • 2 years minimum powder coaster experience

Rewards


In addition to the hourly rate there is a Timekeeping Bonus for full and timely attendance of £30.00 per week (equivalent to £0.75 per hour).


Overtime is also available.
