Description

Working within a newly created Rapid Response Virtual Ward Team.

Involved in admission avoidance.

Visiting patients houses where for some patients it's a check up, others it's eyes and ears for the doctor but you still have decision making and you guide the GP

Working closely with the wider team.

Due to its success the team is being expanded to have 3 Paramedics working daily.

Must be a UK resident and have a HCPC registration

£25.69-£34.24 per hour
