Description
As a Legal Customer Service Representative, Duties will include, however, not be limited to;

Contacting a high volume of customers to discuss their needs
Managing insurance claims from start to finish
Liaising with multiple internal teams to settle claims
Ensure all information on internal systems are accurate

Profile
As the ideal Legal Customer Service Representative, you will have:

Work well under pressure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous Experience working within customer service or administrative positions

Job Offer
As a Legal Customer Service Representative you will receive:
