Description
As a Legal Customer Service Representative, Duties will include, however, not be limited to;
- Contacting a high volume of customers to discuss their needs
- Managing insurance claims from start to finish
- Liaising with multiple internal teams to settle claims
- Ensure all information on internal systems are accurate
Profile
As the ideal Legal Customer Service Representative, you will have:
- A Friendly and Polite Manner

- Work well under pressure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous Experience working within customer service or administrative positions
Job Offer
As a Legal Customer Service Representative you will receive:
