We are looking for positive, outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic Team Leaders/Shift Supervisors to work at our fast-paced outlets in Beaumaris - Pier House, Tredici Dockshack, Jollys and also Ruby Maes Ice cream Parlour along with our summer pop upWe are looking to fill a range of roles which are permanent, full time and part time, seasonal and also we can work with you if you have other commitments
We can help train and develop your skills in our industry leading to a management programme
We aim to deliver a casual dining experience based on quality of produce and customer service.
We are looking for focused people to be proud of their job and take ownership, this could be a job whilst studying or a permanent role.
Previous restaurant and hospitality experience is preferred for this role as you will be working closely with the General Manager & Deputy in the day to day running of the location which will include front and back of house planning and staff scheduling, recruitment, training and development of the team and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a member of the team you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers, experience good service by greeting, taking orders, advising on food choices, serving food, courtesy checking and preparing tables.
Requirements:
- Managing food costs and reducing wastage
- Stock ordering and inventory controls
- To greet customers, engage in conversation, escort to tables, and make their day happy
- To present menus, and take orders for food and drink, making suggestions where appropriate.
- To serve food and drink following the relevant standard operating procedures.
- To deal with bills and payments
- To make sure tables are clean and tidy at all times.
- To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the front of house and food preparation areas where appropriate
- To work in a team to ensure all customers get the best customer service.
- To keep the working environment clean and tidy.
- To ensure all supplies are kept stocked.
- To demonstrate a good knowledge of the menu, wines, and beverages.
- To demonstrate the values and behaviours of the company at all times
- You will be required to work split shifts, evenings, and weekends.
Skills
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Have high standards of personal hygiene.
- Need the ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
- Desired to hold the relevant food hygiene certificate.
- Need the ability to work well as an individual and part of a team.
This is a rewarding challenge, and our supervisors can expect up to £10-£15 tips per shift.
Salary:
£9.00-£12.00 per hour
