Description
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Ambulatory Outreach Team (AOT).

The team provides care to patients across Oxfordshire to prevent hospital admission or facilitate early discharge by providing care that would have previously been provided in an acute setting.

We are seeking an individual who is proactive and committed to work as part of a team and on their own.

The team is made up of visiting Ambulatory Consultants, Specialist Nurse Practitioners and Paramedics with a dedicated team Pharmacist.


The team has a base at the John Radcliffe Hospital and Unipart House Business Centre, therefore the postholder will be required to work from both bases.


  • To be responsible for the coordination and delivery of an effective and efficient administrative service
  • To create, develop and implement robust administrative processes for all aspects of the service
  • To regularly monitor the effective of administrative process to seek opportunities to make improvements
