Boclair Care Home is looking to recruit a Team Leader.

This luxurious, private care facility is situated in the affluent suburb of Glasgow. The care home offers elegant accommodation for up to 80-residents along with outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care.


Our new care home will be led by our new Home Manager, who has over 30 years experience within the care industry, built up across the public and private sector.

They are Nurse qualified, managing care homes for the last 10 years in the local market. A people-person, who will make sure to put your best interest at heart.


Team Leader Contract
12.50 per hour

Welcome Bonus of 500

5.6 weeks annual leave

Team Leader Will Be
A caring and motivated person.

Experienced supporting older people, ideally including those living with a dementia.

Confident and experienced to lead a care team and act as champion for the wellbeing of residents.

Able to prepare, review and understand a care plan

Qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.


Your key responsibilities will include
Providing excellent care and support to residents.

Ensuring high standards are always maintained.

Supervising, leading and motivating all care assistants in order for the team to function efficiently.

Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs.

Administering medication as instructed.


Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the wellbeing of the residents and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.

Supporting and working with care assistants.

Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
