A chance to join a reputable Primary School in Enfield as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

This role offers a supportive environment and a chance to positively impact student's academic and personal growth.


Role Description:


As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide tailored support to students, including those with challenging behaviours, fostering their development both academically and personally.


Team Environment:

Become part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of students with additional needs.


Duration:


This position starts as a long-term temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent placement after a specified period of working with the school through our organization.


Requirements & Experience:

Previous experience in either a mainstream or SEN school setting would be advantageous.

Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is preferred.


Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check with a children's barred list check, registered with the update service.


Working Hours:


Pay:
£85.00-£95.00 per day
