Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for innovative and highly motivated individuals to work collaboratively with the Clinical Education Team and Lead Practitioners to provide advice, direction and support to staff in clinical practice.

This will involve working closely with the Lead Educator initiating and responding to changes in education requirements, delivering education and development within the Directorate and utilising a range of teaching and assessing skills and knowledge to support practice based learning.

Works in conjunction with the Lead Educator, Deputy Lead Educator, Lead Practitioners and other Clinical Educators to implement an effective Education and Training strategy that reflects, supports and responds to identified educational requirements across Operating Services and Anaesthesia, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Works in conjunction with the Lead Educator to develop and implement an effective strategy that reflects the needs of the Operating Service's Business plan and annual service objectives.

Works in conjunction with the Lead Educator, Deputy Lead Educator, Lead Practitioners and other Clinical Educators to provide a high quality service through provision of educational opportunities to develop a competent and knowledgeable workforce.
