n exciting opportunity has arisen to join the administration team within the Neuro R ehabilitation Service.The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration support to our clinical colleagues.
You will possess excellent communication skills, have proven organisational skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
You will be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, meet set deadlines and balance this with the demands of this diverse and varied role.
Type confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation to a high standard within agreed timescales.
Ensure the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems.
Establish and maintain appropriate filing systems, including archiving following current legislation.
General administrative duties as requested by locality team.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by the Service Manager
