Description

Payroll Executive (Hybrid working) will be responsible for:

  • Payroll administration, including leavers, maternity and any pay rate changes
  • Maintaining the payroll system which will entail calculations and inputting data
  • Adhering to payroll policies
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Updating internal and external parties with relevant staff changes
  • Weekly and Monthly payroll

Profile

Payroll Executive (Hybrid working) will:

  • Knowledgeable of Payroll responsibilities SMP, SPP, SSP, AOE
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to create and use VLOOKUP'S
  • Previous experience in end to end Payroll
  • Exposure to processing expenses
  • Up to date on legislation and ruling around statutory payments.

Job Offer
