Join us during this thrilling phase of expansion as we seek a dedicated Commercial Finance Business Partner to spearhead the commercial finance agenda for Violife Northern Europe.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office


Purpose of Role


As the Finance Business Partner for Violife Northern Europe, you'll be a vital member of the Market Finance team, reporting to the CFO of the Northern Europe region (UKI&Nordics).

Your role will involve analyzing brand and customer performance drivers for Violife, crafting action plans to achieve mission targets, and aligning with the overarching market unit strategy.


Your focus will drive sustainable growth, with actions spanning 30% short-term (up to the next quarter), 50% mid-term (up to 12 months), and 20% long-term (over 1 year) to infuse a growth mindset throughout the organisation.

You'll be the business partner to the Head of Violife Northern Europe and the wider leadership team, taking ownership of the P&L for the markets and providing a finance-driven perspective on business cases and dealmaking.

You will be working with iconic brands such as Flora, Elmlea, Stork, Bertolli, and Violife


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Lead the revenue growth management strategy for Violife Northern Europe, elevating the brand to new heights.
  • Collaborate with the Violife team to create the financial forecast for the S&OP cycle.
  • Translate Market ambitions for the upcoming year into impactful sales plans.
  • Drive scenario planning and decisionmaking processes based on datadriven insights.
  • Identify and address key business risks and opportunities in tandem with sales and marketing.
  • Present ROI analysis outcomes to senior stakeholders, shaping impactful decisions.
  • Skillfully communicate financial insights to nonfinance professionals, making complex data accessible.

You're a qualified finance professional, ideally with post-qualified experience in a commercial finance role within a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with both market and financial data, you're adept at driving performance.
