Kenwick Park Hotel, Lincolnshire LN11 8NR


Salary:
Up to £25,000 DOE


Hours of work: 40 hours per week


What we need in a nutshell
We're looking for a Sales & Revenue Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Sales team. You will cover all departments such as Golf Breaks, Weddings, Conferences, Function and Events


Who are we?

What you'll be doing
You will be assisting the sales team by providing top notch administrative support for corporate events and stays to wedding celebrations and family parties


This includes:

  • Assisting with the promotion of the Park and events on social media platforms
  • Managing bookings for all park events, including the hotel and spa
  • Working closely with department managers to understand the business opportunities for each area
  • Driving local marketing activity by working with the Central Marketing Team
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that all sales enquiries are captured and dealt with in a timely manner.


One more thing many of our events happen at holiday times, so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.


Skills, experience and qualities you'll need
If you can demonstrate the following, let's hear from you:

  • A good level of general education and comfortable with IT, including MS Office
  • Confident telephone manner for both inbound and outbound calls,
  • Excellent organisation and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative, forwardthinking mindset
It's the icing on the cake, but not essential, if you have experience using the Guestline reservation system.
