Staffordshire Based

We are currently looking for experienced Social Workers to join our clients various teams on an interim basis.

Children and Families Social Workers

Consultant Social Worker (MASH Arrangement)

Social Workers (Assessment, Long Term Safeguarding And Criminal Exploitation)

Some duties may include:

  • Work in partnership with children, young people, and their families/carers
  • Undertake assessments in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy, and procedures for the service
  • Anticipate, assess, and manage risk to children and young people in more complex situations and produce high quality assessments
  • Plan, implement and review a range of interventions for children, young people, families/carers in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy, and procedures for the service
  • Play a positive role in practice development within the team, through mentoring and modelling good practice in assessment, interventions, inter
- professional and inter-agency work


Essential Requirements:

  • You MUST be qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
  • You MUST be fully registered with Social Work England
  • You MUST have Postqualified experience working as a Social Worker in the UK
