Responsibilities covering this position include:
Handling incoming customer enquiries

Following up sales leads and developing into new customers

Providing product information to customers and identifying customer needs

Building customer relationships through open and interactive communication

Handling customer complaints and providing solutions

Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team

Prioritising and processing company ecommerce orders and payments


Applicants should possess a confident telephone manner, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently, and be able to work unsupervised.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£19,817.00-£20,706.00 per year
