If so, we have an incredible opportunity for a Senior People Advisor to join our People Squad.

We are looking for someone who can help build and foster a positive and empowering culture where every Lyster can thrive.


As a Senior People Advisor, part of your remit is to take on people partnering responsibilities, and as part of this, you will be advising your key stakeholders on creating high-performance environment and have a full understanding good people practices.

Reporting to the People Ops Director, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver a pro-active and first-class people experience and drive and support high-performance delivery.

You will have the opportunity to influence people's initiatives and have an impact to continually enhance our people's experience and our function, setting us up for future success.


You will also play a crucial role in developing our People Executive and working closely with them on the day-to-day transactional needs within the team.

The role will suit someone operating at the Senior People Advisor level with a generalist background.

The Day to Day


Our People Experience & Engagement:

  • Work closely with the People Director and develop a consistent tone of voice for all internal communications reflecting Lyst's culture.
  • Build robust and insightful people metrics that inform decisionmaking and influence change with the management and leadership teams.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure productive employee relations conversations are consistently maintained in accordance with legislation and best practice.
  • Support Lyst's performance management philosophy/practices to embed a continuous feedback and recognition culture through coaching, advice and training.
  • Alongside the People Director, identify training and development opportunities for the business and support with both the design and facilitation of inhouse training programmes and the coordination of training with external providers.
  • Alongside our People Executive, champion our engagement platform, Office Vibe, to help develop strategies and programmes to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Use the data to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
  • Lead the monthly payroll process with our People Executive and Finance, ensuring it works efficiently and smoothly.
  • Coordinate our biannual salary review process using relevant salary benchmarking data in line with our Compensation approach.
  • Take ownership of overseeing all transactional activities within People Ops, ensuring accuracy in all our data and optimised functionality across platforms to ensure a smooth operational delivery and bestinclass service is provided to the business.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, family leave, offboarding & exit interviews with the support of our People Executive and wider People & Facilities function.
  • Support and conduct, where necessary, both informal and formal employee relations cases, in line with our Company policies and ACAS best practice guidelines.
  • Seek to continuously improve People Ops processes and procedures to provide synergy, efficiency and effectiveness in our ways of working, ultimately delivering a bestinclass people experience.
  • Lead and support adhoc people initiatives and projects across the business.
