OVERVIEW:

  • This new role will suit Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience of contentious matters.
  • You will be responsible for a broad range of contentious private client work predominantly for individuals with international connections and their trustees
  • You will be exposed to high quality cases, including all aspects of personal tax, lasting powers of attorney, the formation, administration and restructuring of trusts, family investment companies and other onshore and offshore structures for UK tax planning
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships
