What You'll be Doing Each Day:

Gathering and reporting information of issuers and market general credit rating, company structure, ownership and others via press release or information venders
To produce business promoting materials
To support arranging and underwriting Euro Bond, NCD which include monitoring market levels, negotiating with counterparties, arranging products, executing and confirming the deals. establish and maintain a good relationship with customers such as swaphouses, MTN issuers and borrowers
To support dealing secondary bond which include monitoring market levels, negotiating with broker, executing and confirming the deals (including swap trade).
To execute and confirm SIL self investment which include deposit and bond trade
To support introducing and analysing new products and potential issuers/borrowers
To support MTN program renewal
To support documentation business
Supporting to maintain and expand distribution channels by cooperating with other securities firm
Ad hoc duties

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

Native level of Japanese and business level of English are essential.
Ability to write external correspondence in Japanese is essential
Experience in market operations related work at a financial institution.

Style:3 days at home. 2 days at office. (5 days at office during the training period)
