Description
The Hireworks are currently working with a prestigious client in Waterbeach to assist with the recruitment of a Production Co-ordinator

To provide general support to the manufacturing operation - administration work including goods in/out.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Preparing goods for dispatch.
  • Recording and controlling any received and returned products
  • Creation of pick notes and delivery notes in coordination with Transport planner
  • Confirmation of all pick reporting when complete on system
  • Liaise with head office
  • Control completion of customer specific delivery requirement procedures, documents, and labels
  • Stock movements within system
  • Ensure stock is reworked via internal and external staff
  • Carry out and record perpetual and periodical stock counts, investigating and reporting any discrepancies
  • General Admin duties.
  • Liaise with the Production Manager.

Required Skills:


  • Strong admin background
  • Experience in a Similar role
  • Knowledge of Excel
