As a pivotal member of the recruitment team, you will collaborate closely with HR to provide cutting-edge recruitment solutions to the firm


Your role will encompass:

  • Managing lawyer hiring nationally across various practice groups.
  • Crafting engaging and comprehensive job descriptions in partnership with senior management and HR.
  • Ensuring a seamless recruitment process through the firm's Applicant Tracking System.
  • Providing expert guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Cultivating market awareness and competitor insights for informed decisionmaking.
  • Nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Orchestrating recruitment across diverse channels: key suppliers, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
  • Streamlining processes and suggesting enhancements to boost efficiency.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Demonstrable experience in volume hiring and stakeholder relationship management, ideally withinhouse or RPO environments.
  • Proficiency in recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster lasting internal relationships.
