As a Barclays Cash Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the positioning and sale of Cash Management Solutions to clients across the Barclays Corporate Bank globally.

For this role, you will be part of the team that operates across a wide range of payments, collections, FX, and Digital Product offerings.

What will you be doing?:

Delivering leading edge cash management advice through the sale of complex cash management and liquidity solutions including our working capital product set
Playing an integral part in achieving the Cash income plan through the acquisition of new business in the cash arena and protecting income lines from competitors
Building and maintaining solid customer relationships with valuable key names through effective client planning, to ensure earnings are maximised
Developing potential new banking business, which will require tailored and competitive pricing, and bespoke integration with our customer's internal systems
Assisting in developing innovative Cash Management solutions for the industry sectors by working closely with our product team
Providing introductions to treasury colleagues, as well as other group partners to maximise group revenue
Researching customer needs and identify appropriate solutions from the complex Cash Management product set
Helping in driving the Cash Management message across the bank as well as externally

What we're looking for:

Experience working in a Sales environment
Knowledge of Commercial Banking cash management products
Good commerciality and understanding of relative value of deposits and money transmission
Great communication and presentation skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

Knowledge and understanding of economic principles
Understanding of pricing theory
ACIB / degree / ACT diploma or similar qualification
Experience of structuring ad hoc solutions

Where will you be working?

The office is in the heart of the Bristol city centre which is the commercial, cultural and business centre of Bristol and is easily reachable by car or by train with many restaurants and eating places It is the area north of the New Cut of the River Avon, bounded by Clifton Wood and Clifton to the north-west.

It is a medium sized welcoming friendly office.
