    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Construction Logistics Manager at London Gatwick. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to the development of the UK's second-largest airport, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    In this brand-new role, you will have the unique chance to build the construction logistics function from scratch, defining strategies and processes that align with our ambitious growth plans.

    You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive construction logistics strategy for London Gatwick, ensuring that every element of our construction logistics and supply chain operation supports the complex demands of our large and diverse portfolio of projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a construction logistics strategy aligned with business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective supply chain management
    • Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver construction logistics solutions
    • Maintain operational excellence across the Construction division

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Extensive experience in construction logistics management
    • Proven leadership and project management skills
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
