The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Demand and Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive growth for our company.

As a Demand and Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of various marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Support the management of our marketing automation and CRM systems
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement leadnurturing programs
Help with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and webinars
Assist with the planning and execution of events and webinars
Monitor and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
Assist with market research and competitive analysis

Essential

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industry
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, Salesforce is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
