Sales & Marketing Director Bristol


Our client is a leading developer of innovative, clean-tech, renewable power generation equipment used across a wide range of industrial environments.

The power systems are not only off-grid and sustainable, but they compete directly in terms of price against their non-sustainable counterparts, which is a game changer, particularly in the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.


The business has trebled in size over the last three years due to launching some market leading disruptive systems and is now looking for a new Sales & Marketing Director to take the business through its next stage of growth by refining and implementing the sales growth plan to achieve the vision of enabling the UK's transition to smart, clean, low carbon technologies.


The individual will join the business at board level and lead a team consisting of marketing, business development and product innovation/engineering specialists.

As a board member, you will be a key decision maker and instrumental in developing the business as well as its people and products moving forwards.


This business and the people within it have a passion for sustainability - 'doing the right thing for the environment' - so the Sales & Marketing Director position will suit someone who has a high degree of business acumen gained within a B2B sales environment and who also shares these values.

The company has Gold CSR Accreditation in recognition of the company's continued contribution to Corporate Social Responsibility and, with new market leading systems being launched, the organisation is primed to take advantage of this window of opportunity to capitalise on the current market.

Salary:
£80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
