Location:
London (2 days a month in the office)


Salary:
£50-60,000


We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager with SAP experience to join a rapidly expanding Outsourcing organisation in London.

This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative company, where you will be able to make a real difference.

This is a newly created role where you will be integral in the growth of the department and client base.


The role:


As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient running of the payroll process for clients.

You will coordinate with clients and their payroll teams, to ensure all payroll is processed accurately and according to deadlines.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining payroll processes to ensure compliance with legislation and operational standards.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in an Outsourcing environment
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and compliance
  • Experience with SAP payroll systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
