Are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking to recruit a professional, reliable and versatile HR Academy Lead within our Wey Valley Academy.
The role of the HR Academy Lead is to provide (and lead on the development of) an efficient, effective and confidential administrative service within Wey Valley Academy.
This role will include line managing members of the administration/reception team to ensure efficient and effective working; leading and being responsible for recruitment processes and procedures in line with AAT / Data Protection laws; leading on the administration of Wey Valley's Human Resources matters (for example sickness absence procedures, payroll details); ensuring that systems are in place to ensure statutory duties are completed in a timely manner; working within the policies and procedures of Wey Valley / AAT - which will include a wider network of support from within AAT.
To be successful in this role you will:
- be enthusiastic, motivated, focused, professional, personable and resilient
- have an ability to organise and prioritise your work, working to deadlines
- be competent in the use of Microsoft packages Word and Excel and Management Information Systems (for example Integris, SIMS). Minute-taking experience is desirable but training can be provided.
- be able to work successfully with a range of people, including the wider school community
- promote the vision and values of Ambitions Academies Trust at all times
