What? Credit Controller


Where? Crawley Office Based


How much? £30,000 - £35,000 pa


Responsibilities:


  • Credit controller managing over seas customers
  • Multi currency but mainly working in US dollars
  • Ensuring sales ledger in accurate and up to date
  • Resolve all queries eliminating reasons for nonpayment
  • Liase with the wider team regarding problem debtors
  • Legal action letters
  • Check payments before contacting debtors
  • Take credit / debit card payments and update amounts
  • Check payments arrangement plan for any defaults
  • Update spreadsheets with aged debtors analysis to be updated weekly and notes updated
  • Communicate with debtors as much as possible
