About The Role:


As a Foxtons Lettings Support Consultant you will work alongside our lettings teams across the business to ensure that each tenancy starts on a positive footing and that our landlords are able to effectively manage their properties.

This will involve arranging pre-tenancy works, facilitating rent collection, and offering professional advice in relation to financial, rental, and legal matters.

The Lettings Support Team also assist with the end of a tenancy, including the service of legal notices, and arranging end of tenancy works such as professional cleans and deposit returns.


About You:

No previous experience in lettings support or administration is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.

All we ask is that you come with the willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well.

Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
