Job Summary
Job description
- Keeping the stock management system Linnworks accurate and up to date, including keeping track of stock levels
- Listing products on various platforms including Amazon
- Placing orders for stock with suppliers when stock is running low
- Chasing suppliers when there is delays in delivery or stock missing
- Checking and arranging incoming stock and updating the stock management system
- Keeping a record of when payments to suppliers are due
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders to very tight time frames
- Carrying out any other duties which may be required in line with operational requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent IT skills
- Linnworks experience would be advantageous
- Experience with Amazon is desirable
- Good communication skills, timekeeping and an ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Position details:
- Working hours: 9.30 am to 5.00 pm
- Days to be discussed including Sundays
- Based in North Watford
- Looking for immediate start
- Minimum 1 year experience
