Job Title:
Cleaner


Responsibilities:


  • 8hrs can be split into two 4hr shifts or all in one day of preferred.
  • Cleaning of luxury residential homes.
  • Maintenance cleaning on various properties.
  • Washing, ironing 1020 garments Weekly.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- own equipment is beneficial


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
