Description
Due our unprecedented growth, we are looking for 2 Education Recruitment Consultants to join us at our Preston office.

If you have a background within education i.e.

Teacher or similar position or you are an experienced consultant looking to join a forward-thinking and collaborative company, we want to hear from you.


Overview

  • Education Recruitment Consultant
  • Working with Primary Schools
  • Based in Preston
  • An education or recruitment background, preferred but
    not essential as a bespoke training package will be provided

Role Requirements

  • A mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships
  • Contract negotiations with clients
  • Ongoing customer service with both the schools and the teachers / teaching assistants
  • Assisting in the safeguarding administration when required
  • Due to the nature of our business, having your own car for this position is a must as you will be visiting schools on a regular basis

Salary and Benefits
- £22,500 - £28,000 + commission
