Non Executive Director with Family Office / High Net Worth Individual Contacts required

We are a successful Property Investment Company with a unique funding structure. We have 550 properties worth in the region of £30 million with a turnover of £3.5 million.

We now want to scale to 2,000 properties plus and have the potential to scale much further if we can find the right Investors.

Our model relies on us partnering with HNWIs or Family Offices each of which builds a portfolio but where all portfolios use the same management and so achieve massive economies of scale and the ability to source the best properties on the market.

In doing so they create an asset that can be held for generations and continue to grow in value and income especially when all debt is paid down.

The model is unregulated and with a very limited downside so has multiple advantages now proven by our success to date.

But it relies on trust between ourselves and the Investors. That is where an NED comes in.

We want an NED who is a trusted advisor for such persons to join us. To validate us to their satisfaction and then introduce us to their contacts.

This market is about to experience a seismic shift that will see hundreds of thousands of landlords leave and create an opportunity for an ethical, sustainable and Tenant-focused Housing Provider to emerge with properties to rent on a scale currently only seen in this market with Housing Associations.
