Our client is a busy multi-disciplinary practice based in Central London however, this role will be completely remote, providing a personalised service to private and commercial clients alike.

With many areas of law covered by the firm, they are lookingto add a new Commercial Litigation Solicitor to their team.

Our client's commercial team's aim is to minimize client risk and maximize commercial opportunities and so carefully draft contracts in accordance with client instructions, their aims, and objectives.

We advise on a broad range of commercial contracts across many different sectors, and we specialize in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new or existing commercial arrangements.

These range from day-to-day terms and conditions of business to substantialone-off bespoke contracts and complex projects.

Acting akin to an in-house team, we can help with whatever issues our clients face as a business - with suppliers, customers, or partners.

We are always conscious of the need to protect and promote our clients'interest in their most critical and sensitive commercial situations.

By combining technical skill and commercial flair we provide pragmatic and cost-effective advice to improve our clients' contracts and processes and limit exposure to manageable levels ofrisk, which is a perfect opportunity for a developing Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team.


Commercial litigation solicitor roles & responsibilities:

  • Experience dealing with a range of commercial litigation matters to include complex work.
  • Assisting Partners and senior Solicitors with more substantial disputes.
  • Commercial litigation disputes from, shareholder disputes, drafting, claims in tort, professional negligence, dispute resolution and other areas of our specialisms
  • Advocacy when required
  • Handling your own caseload, with appropriate supervision.
  • Meeting targets as agreed and managing files, time, and billing efficiently and in a costeffective manner.
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
  • Participating in firmwide and departmental training sessions.
  • Ensuring files are managed in compliance
  • Have aptitude for business development
  • Provide excellent standard of client care and be able to manage client expectations
  • You will be expected to manage your own caseload of litigation matters

Commercial Litigation Solicitor Requirements:


  • An ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor from NQ 3 years' PQE
  • Previous experience handling own caseload from inception to completion, with mínimal supervision.
  • Experience in the use of Proclaim case management systems preferred but not essential as training is available
  • Possesses sound knowledge of a range of commercial litigation matters and experience providing high quality legal advice
  • Has a strong academic background and training within law
  • Technically skilled and able to develop and maintain strong client relationships
