Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing reports and dashboards based on KPIs, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Supporting the training team with the onboarding and continuous training to all Salesforce users.
  • Performing mass data imports/exports using API or various import tools.
  • Managing all weekly uploads and data cleansing activities.
  • Staying up to date on new releases, features, and functionality and bring forth recommendations.
  • Carrying out administrative work including supporting users in daytoday salesforce and Global View tasks and managing enduser tickets.
  • Supporting the delivery of both short
- and long-term projects as they arise.

  • Assisting in creating content for user guides, inapp learning tools, or training presentations.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Active Salesforce System Administrator certification required.
  • 1+ years Salesforce administration experience in a medium to large organization.
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation rules, and other similar functions.
  • Business Information Systems related degree or similar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of relational databases, data integration tools, and business processes.
