TEAM LEADER - SUPPORTED LIVING
I am hoping to recruit the above staff to assist me in my new home in Lanark. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy social interaction. I like music, drawing and taking part in activities, eating out and day trips to the beach.

Team Leader Requirements:

Applicants must be 21 and over.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence.
Experience with autism and managing behaviours perceived as challenging would be preferred.
Knowledge of Makaton would be advantageous.
Previous experience within a supervisory or team leader role is essential.
Ability to organise rosters and deal with daytoday personnel issues.
Open communications will be expected and essential with other peers and managers involved in my care.
Ability to work within a team environment is essential.
Flexibility in approach and attitude.
Good interpersonal communications skills are essential.
Ability to work within a rota pattern including evenings and weekends.
