World of Sweets Group are one of the UK's leading confectionery and snacking suppliers incorporating Bobby's Foods, Hancocks Cash & Carry and Bonds of London.

We are all things confectionery and snacking from branded chocolate, American novelty, our famous Bobby's crisps and cakes to pick and mix.

Along with our commercial and field sales teams we have 14 cash & carries, over 100 vans on the road selling every day and two distribution sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of offer paperwork for new starters, checking returned paperwork to ensure it complies eg. Right to work documentation and preparing details for the payroll team.
  • Organisation of inductions and onboarding for new starters with Hiring Managers for head office or specific roles as and when required.
  • Administration of our HR System to ensure colleagues details are up to date.
  • Support in being the first point of contact for colleague queries from HR.
  • Ensuring all colleague documentation is kept up to date and filed on the HR system correctly.
  • Support in the administration of training and other colleague related documents; organisation, scanning and filing of documentation.


This role will be varied and interesting with very few days ever being the same, our headcount has grown over the past 3 years and the business will continue to grow meaning this role is key to the future of our group.

If you have experience of working within recruitment or HR previously, have a keen eye for details and excellent communications skills along with the necessary experience of Microsoft Office packages e.g.

Word and Excel then this role maybe for you.


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
