£30,151 - £35,411 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 Hours (5 Days)

The Role:

Are you an experienced and proactive multi-tasker who has the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team including a community link worker and Peer support for clients overseeing the delivery of services to support people towards changing their drug and alcohol use with consistent energy and enthusiasm?


The team provides a variety of support to people including groups and one to ones both face to face and online.

You will need to be resilient and experienced in managing clients with a range of substance use issues, be the 'go to' person located in the SOUTH Bristol Hub while integrating with community services and partnership working including overseeing Opiate Substitute Therapy (OST) assessments and scripting and managing the Residential Rehabilitation pathway alongside the Service Manager for ROADS clients.


The role involves actively contributing to and supporting the wider Bristol DHI services, Team Leaders and Service Manager to develop high quality treatment services within the ROADS partnership with a confident understanding of safeguarding.

A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
