erson Specification

You will be working within the hotel's Restraunt alongside a passionate team who are eager to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work a range of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends. You'll be working in a frontofhouse position meeting and greeting guests and providing great table service. You'll be a great team player working closely with your kitchen and bar colleagues to ensure a smooth service.

Some key duties will include:

Preparing the bar for the day and night ahead including setting up, prepping, stocking and cleaning.
Meeting and greeting guests. Making recommendations and engaging in conversation.
Taking food and drink orders and processing them through a till. Cash and card transactions.
Proving table service.
Sales driven, keen to upsell and crosssell.
Coaching and supporting new team members.
Supporting other hotel colleagues and helping out in other areas of the hotel when it's needed.
