A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a strong and ambitious Registered Manager to spearhead a start-up domiciliary care service based in
Hayes (UB3).
The Registered Manager would ideally have 4-5 years experience in a managerial position with a strong domiciliary care background, with full awareness and competence with CQC legislation.
As the manager, you will be expected to contribute for the development of the establishment, whilst also being directly accountable to the regulatory body for domiciliary care.
JOB ROLES:
- Ensuring that CQC registration service levels, company policies, and all regulations are always maintained.
- You will be participating in the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review of the service's policies and working procedures. This will also include undertaking regular audits and reviews of the quality systems as necessary.
- One of the major elements in this job role is the requirement to recruit, lead, manage, supervise and support the team leaders and their teams, ensuring that company policies are implemented fully.
- Ensure that all parts of the establishment environment are appropriate and sensitive to the needs of the residents being looked after.
