Up to 30 hours.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of a Support Worker in the Tyne and Grange area.

We are looking for a flexible, driven, committed, reliable and enthusiastic individual to work with our client who has an acquired brain injury and some complex needs.

We are looking for a support worker who wants to make a real difference to someone's wellbeing.

Taking the client to appointments, Gym, Recreational activities.
This is an ongoing package support.
Experience with working with brain injuries
