    Job Description

    This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee Property Manager who wants to start a rewarding and fulfilling career with us.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone enquiries and dealing with client interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
    2. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders through effective communication and liaison.
    3. Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory standards through regular inspections and compliance certificate management.
    4. Process tenant move-ins and utility transfers, updating relevant databases and ensuring smooth transitions.
    5. Support Property Managers during the end of tenancy process, handling administrative tasks and paperwork.
    6. Cleanse and review systems monthly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
