Description
A fantastic
hyrbid working opportunity for a corporate fundraiser to join Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).

You will be responsible for leading on the development of the existing portfolio of corporate partners through a variety of activities, such as Charity of the Year, sponsorship, cause related marketing, gifts in kind, employee engagement, volunteering and payroll giving.

The TPP team is supporting RDA with the search for a
Corporate Partnerships Officer.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to add value in the management of the corporate partnership portfolio, stewarding and uplifting partnerships to grow income and raise awareness of RDA's work.

At RDA, horses benefit the lives of disabled children and adults.

With fun activities like riding and carriage driving, they provide therapy, fitness, skills development and opportunities for achievement - all supported by teams of volunteers and qualified coaches at RDA groups and commercial centres all over the UK.

This is a
permanent role and reporting to the Senior Manager Partnerships and Philanthropy, responsible for:

  • Ensuring proposals, presentations and information are in place to retain partnerships and grow income from the partner portfolio
  • Accurately monitoring and reporting on a regular basis against forecasted income, as well as identifying opportunities and risks to income within the partner portfolio
  • Ensuring that all corporates have an appropriate bespoke stewardship journey
  • Tracking progress and ensuring accurate partner records are kept, using the organisation's CRM database


This role will suit an individual who has account management or business development experience, who can come with the passion and creativity to spot opportunities for growth and ensure partnerships are achieving their maximum potential.

RDA offer flexible working with the opportunity to work from home for 3 days per week, as well as a dog friendly office, and 25 days annual leave.
