    Description

    Job Title:

    Digital Inclusion Coordinator

    Salary:

    Starting £12.10 per annum

    Job Purpose:

    To support patients and the public across Rushcliffe Primary Care Services through digital means, promoting the use of the internet, healthcare apps (NHS App), and other technology to help people access a better NHS primary care service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the promotion of digital health tools and support access to digital health tools available to patients and colleagues in the PCN.
    • Create and utilise social media and online platforms to spread healthcare information to patients across Rushcliffe.
    • Work with practices and practice staff to identify, reduce, and remove barriers to digital inclusion for people experiencing health inequalities.
    • Support the facilitation of workshops and task and finish groups.

    Leadership:

    The post holder will act as a role model, providing a professional service and image at all times. They will promote diversity and equality by example and demonstrate leadership in everyday practice.

    Learning and Development:

    The post holder will undertake any required training to develop or maintain their proficiency within the service area and evaluate their own practice to identify areas of development.

    Partnership and Team Working:

    The post holder will work towards developing and maintaining effective working relationships within the team and the wider stakeholder group.

    Innovation and Quality:

    The post holder will work with managers and colleagues to continually improve the quality of service delivery within the overall PCN governance frameworks and PCN objectives.

    Working Arrangements:

    This is a 12-month fixed-term position, and the post holder will work closely supervised within well-established procedures.
